[Cc-webedit] Updating Local Groups

Hey, a while back when we sent out the Process Questions, we asked for all local groups to send us updated text for their local group page, or update it themselves if they have access rights.

Looking over it just now, the pages -apart from my local group TVCA :) -are very outdated. This is a bit worrying when we're (hopefully) getting a surge of hits following our flirtations with the media, and the fact 'Join a Local Group' is one of the main highlights people on the front page.

I've written to all the local groups this morning, asking them to update the pages and to check contact details, etc, are correct.
