I want to support Jon's comments on this. Both in the manner that it's
constantly proposed, and also because the material on the CCTV channel at
the moment is not sufficiently interesting or current to warrant giving it a
more prominent position.

I am even tempted to propose that the existing window is removed, given that
the consensus process in CCTV has broken down to such a degree that the
content on the channel is no longer the product of a functioning working
group.
