Hey website,
Just wanted to see whether someone from the website team would be able to
give a quick couple of minute update at the gathering on the Sunday
morning during our WG Feedback session (see agenda below).
Trust that's all you'll need?

***********************
FRIDAY
12noon: WELCOME
-This will not only run through housekeeping, but will also give us a
chance to agree a 'group agreement' for the gathering and run through the
agenda.
12.30pm: FOUR YEARS IN REVIEW
-Before any future planning can take place, we need to review all the
amazing things we've been doing since 2006. This will be a collaborative
process, using the personal experiences of gathering participants to form
our story.
2PM: LUNCH
-Delicious vegan food from the Westside Crew.
3pm: COPENHAGEN DEBRIEF
-The chance to debrief as a national process on our most recent, and
possibly unique, project.
3.45pm: PONDER-BUBBLE: POLITICS AND STRATEGY
-The first of three open discussions, that will inform the rest of the
weekend.
4.30pm: PONDER-BUBBLE: HOW WE ORGANISE
5.15pm: PONDER-BUBBLE: ACTIONS
6pm: DINNER + PARTY #1
-Dinner and Chillin'
SATURDAY
10.30am: WELCOME
-Reviewing housekeeping and group agreement, and running through the day's
agenda.
11.15am: FRIDAY FEEDBACK
-A chance for the work done on Friday to be fed back to the gathering.
11.30am: WHAT ARE OUR POLITICS?
-A chance to finally take the time to address this question, which the
sheer amount of proposals on the subject suggest is very important at this
stage. We'll be looking at how our politics manifest in terms of internal
dynamics, our activities and communications, and our written statements of
unity. The questions we plan to ask ourselves are: What are our main
concerns with what we are doing at the moment? Where's our common ground?
And what are the ways forward?
-Relevant proposals: 6(p2), 17, 22, 30(p1), 35, 36(p2-3)
1.30pm: LUNCH
-Delicious vegan food from the Westside Crew.
2.15pm: DECIDING OUR STRATEGY(P1)
-Medium term strategy: the next three years.
3.45pm: BREAK
4pm: DECIDING OUR STRATEGY (P2)
-Short term strategy: the next year.
-Relevant proposals: 1, 7, 11, 13, 19, 20, 21, 23, 28, 30(p6), 31, 39,
5pm: REGIONALISATION AND NATIONAL GATHERINGS
-This session will give us a chance to evaluate how we currently organise.
We will discuss the effectiveness and efficiency of the current gathering
process, ask how much of the national process we want to keep, and to what
extent we want to regionalise.
-Relevant proposals: 2, 4, 5, 6(p1), 9, 27, 29, 30(p2,4,5), 34, 36(1,4,5),
37,
6.30pm: DINNER + PARTY #2
-Delicious vegan food, following by party space for those who want party,
and quiet space for those who want quiet.
SUNDAY
10.30am: WELCOME
11am: WORKING GROUP FEEDBACK
-Feedback from working groups who have been fulfilling ongoing functions,
such as Website, Finance, Legal, Media, and Process.
11.30am: TIME SENSITIVE ACTIONS
-If we want to organise anything within the next three months or so, we
need to start planning it now. This is in light of a number of proposals
submitted that would require immediate work if they are to happen.
-Relevant Proposals: 8, 12, 14, 29(p2), 32, 33(p1), 37,
1.30pm: LUNCH
-Delicious vegan food from the Westside Crew.
2.15pm: HOW DO WE DO REGIONAL AND NATIONAL GATHERINGS?
-This session will hopefully see decisions being made, following the
earlier discussion session.
4pm: BIKE RACK
-Those things that have had to be postponed during the gathering, along
with anything else we have time to discuss.
5pm: HOME TIME
-Go back to our regions inspired, invigorated, and ready for action!
NB: There are a number of 'action' or 'event' related proposals that we
haven't incorporated into the above agenda. This is because we felt the
gathering could only cover so much, and have therefore prioritised only
those action decisions that are 'time sensitive' to the next couple of
months. However, we would still encourage these proposals to be read and
discussed in neighbourhoods, and they will be parked till a later
gathering.
-These proposals are: 3, 5, 10, 15, 16, 24, 25, 26, 30(p3), 33(p2)
