[Cc-webedit] Copenhagen section updates

wicked neil, looking better already!

- for the Voices from COP15 bit, I thought it might be good for there to be
one page called 'Voice from COP15', and then with the CJN text, the letter
from the prisoners,  and the 'victories' text to be on the same page. Each
could have it's own title which acts as a link however, taking the viewer to
that section of the page. does that make sense?

- could Cop Out Camp Out be like that, not in caps?

- the info from 'Taking Action' could be moved to 'About the COP' and, the
link made to re-direct to there (in case people are using that hyperlink for
things already)

- Could we move Bike Bloc further up, maybe between Hopenhagen and Reclaim
Power?

I'll find some embed codes for you, write up the timeline, and get texts for
Bike Bloc and Trafalgar Square.
