[Cc-webedit] Front page proposal

Hum. It's not even that great a picture, I mean, it's alright and all, no
offense, but... well I'm surprised to here people talking about paying for
it. Surely we can get something equally as good from one of the many doc
team people who where out there?
just surprised that's all. Do you think that the whatisCOP15 site paid for
it?
