[Cc-webedit] Updating the website

Hey Richard,
Thanks for doing this, it's great that you have some energy to move the
website forward a bit at the moment.
I'm happy to help out on the technical side. I should say that my time
until June is quite precious due to being in the final half of the final
year of my degree, and also embroiled in this stupid damn 114 court case
thing :(
So from that perspective, it would be really helpful, if you want any
changes to the code/layout/etc done, to prioritise them and I will do my
best to facilitate things.
While we're here, I'd like to pick up on the weird advert at the bottom
of the "Get Involved" page. Neil, why is that there? I think it's quite
clear that that sort of content does NOT belong on the CC website, and
there was NO discussion about this being put up. This is quite a serious
breach of trust from my perspective.
