Yes, I was thinking that it would include the "short description". My
thinking is that people aren't generally interested in all the events
that there are - so they would like to be able to see a brief overview
before clicking through to get more details about what they're
interested in. Having all the long descriptions inline on the same page
makes it hard to really understand the overview for the next few months.

Also interested to hear others' opinions.
