Hello,

So, there are two times that seem most popular for the conference call to discuss external communications for the rbs event.

At the toss of a coin, I propose we go with tomorrow (Wednesday) at 8pm

To join the call dial 0844 84 84 84 0 and then, when asked, enter the passcode: 569874

Make sure you do it via landline, because calling from mobile works out very expensive. Perhaps we can propose landline costs can be claimed back from the outreach budget?

Proposed agenda:
1. What we've got (eg: 1st flyer, newspapers)
2. What we need (what work still needs to be done. eg: neighbourhood outreach, 2nd flyer, new web content)
3. Gaps in capacity/solutions
4. Timeline between now and the camp

If you can't make it then feed in your thoughts beforehand in relation to the above or anything else, BUT please try and make it!
