For future reference, if this kinda of meeting is going to be a  
regular occurrence then, given enough notice, I should be able to set  
up a system which uses geographical numbers which are often free for  
many people and very cheap for everyone else. These didn't appear to  
be any interest two or three years ago when I had such a system  
working and sadly the server I was using has since gone offline but I  
know some people who would be interested in bringing back such  
functionality if it will get used.
