Heya, great work.  One thing though, is that I'm not sure it's so cool
to change the dates we publicise.  The Manchester decision went through
a long discussion at a national gathering, including site issues and
then got consensus.  And I haven't seen any discussion on the various
outreach lists about changing the public dates.  If people at a large
site meeting felt strongly it needed to be changed now, is there more
information on this?
