[Cc-webedit] Blog proposal

Exactly; I was thinking this would be the best way to get more content on
the site, rather thn just reposting from fbook, etc. It was also the
original idea for the blog - that each working group and local group has a
blog they can access. I think the problem was that we didn't also include
each group having a Blogger!
But that's the kind of thing we could perhaps build into process.
