[Cc-webedit] Blog proposal

Hey Jimdog,

Thanks for the offer, but I think it's best for us to manage the blog
system ourself. We'll need control over how things are set up so it can
be properly integrated into the website. WordPress is pretty easy to set
up and maintain so I'm not really worried about that.
