[Cc-webedit] Events system is up

Events are added under "Events" in the Content Library. The fields
"Location" and "Short description" are just used on the front page, so
make sure the "Body" field has all the other relevant details.

It's become obvious that we also need a full events listing page as the
home page only has space for about 4 events, so I'll get that done.

I might try and figure a way to modify the sort order. Currently it's
sorted by start date, but this doesn't work so well with the "ecotopia
bike tour" which will now display first until 31st August.

I've added all the events from the current events page, but from now on
can Process take this on Jonathan?
