[Cc-webedit] Long overdue amendment...

Hello, 

I was meant to do this amendment days ago, but has been rather busy.

Can we change one of the highlight boxes to support the Climate9 trial in Scotland. Would suggest Huntingdon, as it seems the resident box for supporting an external site.

Will make changes if no objections pour forth.
