[Cc-webedit] Email migration

Hi all,

Just to say I am moving forward with this. I am currently arranging the
domain transfer with nologic and then will sort out the actual email
changeover.

There's currently a ridiculous number of email accounts - 105 (list
appended to the end of this email). They comprise a total of 6.3 GB of
data. There are some really big users clearly, but I think a lot of them
are simply not being checked and are brimming with spam.

There's 4.4 GB on the mirak server, so we need to reduce this somehow. I
have asked for an extra 5 GB but it might take a while to come through.
I think we can work around the problem in the mean time.

I'll shortly be sending an email to each of the accounts asking them to:

* Confirm that they still want the account
* Go through and delete old emails which are no longer needed
* Provide contact details etc.

I suggest that only those who respond actually get transitioned over -
and we assume that the remaining accounts are dead. They can be
re-created on the new server in the future if needs be.

I will also take a full backup of the 6.3 GB from nologic and store it
myself on an external (encrypted) hard drive - so if people decide in
the future that there were some emails that they "really needed" or
whatever, we can restore them from that.
