[Cc-webedit] Nologic is down

Hi all,

This means that our emails won't be being delivered at the moment and
people cannot log into email accounts.

It's not a disaster so long as it comes back up within the next 24 hours
or so as the mail servers which are sending mail to us will keep waiting
and trying again before finally giving up.

I can't get in touch with nologic to see what's going on, unfortunately,
because the email address I have uses the nologic server, which is down,
obviously!

There is a phone number available from WHOIS which I called and got
through to the people who he registered nologic.org with. They have a
different email address for him, and are trying to contact him to ask
him to get in touch with me. (They couldn't just hand out his contact
details to me, understandably.)
