FWIW people removing Rebecca Todd from lists etc does seem a bit like
security theatre [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_theatre] to me.
The real point is to not say secret stuff on mailing lists, rather than
to make sure we delete people who we occasionally realise are spies....
(because there are surely others who we don't know about) (not that it
does any harm, it just seems like people are going to a lot of effort).
