[Cc-webedit] website's down again

Hey,

Just to say that I restarted the server when Jonathan texted me
yesterday.

I had previously emailed tachanka asking for monitoring information to
help diagnose this problem. I haven't received a response unfortunately,
but will try again.

More significantly I plan to implement a script which will check every 5
minutes to see whether the server is up. If it's not, it will
automatically reload it (which fixes the problem).

I'm also going to look into installing monitoring stuff on our server
itself to try to get an idea of what's going on.

BTW, for anyone who is interested in the email situation, the transfer
was going to happen earlier this month but Ciaran from nologic had a
personal situation to deal with so it's on hold for now until he's in a
better position to help out from their end.
