Jon, this is quality and really glad that the discussion has been instigated.<BR>

Just a few thoughts of my own for people to take on board in relation to this topic.<BR>

Being involved with an attempted website overhaul through my day job, and experiencing the difficulties and the time it takes to analyses current content and attempt to build new functionalities and content into existing architecture, my suggestion would be this: <BR>
<BR>
We put our efforts into finding somebody to build us a new website from scratch that links through to the old website where needed for reference.<BR>
<BR>
The document and thoughts that you have compiled could then be used as a starting point for us to decide on exactly what we want from the website this year and how we best build it with these thoughts in mind.<BR>
