<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Hi all,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>This weekend's gathering is going to be really important
for determining whether we can pull off this summer's Camp in the next three
months. </FONT><FONT face=Arial>As a result, it's really important that each
working group meeting is as productive as possible. So here's some things to
consider:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>1) Are you going to meet on Saturday or Sunday or
both?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>2) Who is going to facilitate your meeting?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>3) What is your agenda going to be? Is someone compiling
it?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>4) What information do you need to bring with you (for
example, minutes of last month's meeting), and who is bringing it?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>5) How are you going to make sure that your meeting works
both for new people and for existing people? </FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Some working groups have already done some or all of this,
but with a bit of luck all working groups can have done all of it by Saturday
lunchtime! We spend hours thinking through and preparing how to make best use of
our plenary time at each gathering, but sometimes not enough preparing for
working group meetings. And as we get closer to the Camp, working groups are
where it's at.</FONT></DIV>
