As far as i understand we are still awaiting confirmation from the land group that a swoop is feasible ? <br><br>Until we have the word from them it seems unwise to actually start communicating with folk. However is a great idea to make sure we have the technology in place and a clear group of people who are responsible for making it work. Some concerns from me here,<br><br>we really need to discuss the swoop and how it happens as a whole group, here are all the swoop decisions that have been made so far:<br><br>-Immediately following the traditional closed group site take there will be a public swoop to the site.<br>This will be part of the narrative and pre-publicity advertising the convergence. This is subject to land<br>group concerns and capacity. CONSENSUS REACHED<br>-Camp will begin on Thursday 27th and to end on Wednesday the 2nd.This includes a day at each end<br>for week for the public to be involved in setup and tat down. CONSENSUS REACHED<br><br>as the site group is currently looking at practicalities of setting the site up in a day, and the land group are assessing swoop concerns and doability too, i am reticent to just go ahead and start up a text service, especially given some of the major mis messaging coming out of texts and twitter in the past.<br><br>by all means lay the
