1) Photos<br>
web crew are talking to minimouse about this. Given that mike knows<br>
the ins and outs of all this, perhaps that could go in a separate<br>
email.<br>

2) Video<br>
as soon as the swoop video is ready, we change the main image on the<br>
front page, currently the cardboard style flyer, to the <a href="http://climatecamp.tv" target="_blank">climatecamp.tv</a><br>
video player<br>
(This also deals with our discussion about static images). The reason<br>
not to put the video player up now, is simply that it probably<br>
wouldn't have the right kind of content up there, as there isn't a<br>
call-out video.<br>

3) Radio<br>
We make one of the 'highligh boxes' (those four boxes beneath the main<br>
image on the front page) to a radio player<br>
<br>
4) Twitter<br>
Using the official Twitter feed (the updates of what everyone is<br>
twittering about the camp) would mean that the page would take a while<br>
to load.<br>
Atm, the feed we're using updates every half hour, but it's easy<br>
enough to make that much less. (Jon mentioned every 5 minutes, but<br>
perhaps that could even be every minute?)<br>
