<DIV>TIMINGS<BR><BR>The gathering is taking place on 3-4 October 2009 in Leeds.
It runs from<BR>10-6 on Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday.<BR><BR>VENUE<BR><BR>The
venue is The Common Place - Leeds' autonomous, radical social centre -<BR>23-25

It's<BR>wheelchair accessible.<BR><BR>ACCOMMODATION<BR><BR>There is crashpad
accommodation available on Friday and Saturday nights.<BR>This means floorspace
- you'll need to bring a sleeping bag and rollmat.<BR>Please email <A

coming, and we'll confirm where it is. Some beds can be provided if<BR>needed.

September.<BR><BR>FOOD<BR><BR>Yumminess of the vegan variety will be provided by
the Leeds Café Collective.<BR><BR>SOCIAL<BR><BR>There'll be a social on Saturday
night at the Common Place. For licensing<BR>reasons you either need to be a
member or a guest to attend. Members need<BR>to sign up at least 2 days in
advance, and not everyone will be able to be<BR>a guest. So we're encouraging
everyone to become a member now - it only<BR>costs &pound;2, and it's worth
doing even if you're not sure you're coming<BR>as the Common Place is great! To
join, it's best to do it via Paypal, or<BR>you can send a cheque. See<BR><A

how.<BR><BR>DONATIONS<BR><BR>The suggested donation is &pound;15 to cover
the costs of the weekend,<BR>including food. You can put in more or less,
depending on what you can<BR>afford.<BR><BR>TRAVEL POOL<BR><BR>A travel pool
will operate as usual. The travel pool is a way for those<BR>who've come to the
gathering from nearby to contribute to the travel costs<BR>of those who've
travelled further. Those who wish to make a claim write<BR>down how much they've
spent at the welcome desk and at the end of the<BR>weekend the money in the
travel pool is split proportionally among those<BR>who've claimed.<BR><BR>KIDS
SPACE<BR><BR>At the moment we're not able to offer a kids space but if we
