But that's the kind of thing we could perhaps build into process.<br><br>
With Wordpress you'd potentially only need one 'blog' with
multiple users so potentially one (or more) person from each
group/neighbourhood can write and upload content. Users can be given
restricted actions so e.g. only 1-2 people have publishing permission, a
