[DefendGrandview-Announce] Contract for construction

Yesterday, July 20th, the parks board awarded the construction contract
for the redevelopment of Grandview Park to CAP Ventures Ltd. for the sum
of $1,126,500.00 (Another $500,000 will come from another budget and will
fund the rebuilding of the field house in late summer)  Do what you will
with this information...
