[Dissent-fr-info] Prochaine réunion medicteam G8-G20 / Next meeting of medicteams concerning G8/G20

Bonjour à tous,

Suite aux réunions de Dijon et Paris, concernant l’organisation autours
des questions du g8 et du g20, un groupe s’est occupé de commencer à
organiser le côté medic.

Nous avons principalement :
- écrit un appel à matériel et personnes motivées - réunit des contacts et
fait le point sur les listes de diffusion - crée un adresse e-mail - crée
un espace de travail sur crabgrass - commencé à faire le point sur les
brochures

Aussi, nous proposons un w-e, pour la suite de cette organisation, mais
pas uniquement car il se dégage une volonté d’élargir fortement l’espace
de discussion et de proposer une vision à plus long terme de notre
organisation.

Ce w-e se déroulera le 5 et 6 Mars, à Paris au 40 rue René Boulanger et
l’ordre du jour sera :

Le samedi :
– organisation d’une semaine de formation medicstreet (et d’un w-e pour
les personnes ne pouvant se libérer aussi longtemps) pendant les vacances
de printemps
– organisation logistique autour du g8-g20 (notamment autours du village
long)
– point sur les brochures, etc…

Donc, il serait intéressant que vous veniez avec vos agendas, vos
brochures et vos listes de matos pour faire le point tous ensemble…de ce
qu’il nous manque, qui sera là et quand, on fait quoi et comment (pas mal
de possibilités sont envisageables notamment sur le village long…on aura
du temps, de l’espace, on sera peut-être nombreux…pleins
d’ateliers/discussions/formations peuvent être envisagés !). D’où, entre
autres raisons, la proposition de la journée du…

…Dimanche :
– discussion libre : infos générales sur ce qui est fait, discuté ou en
cours d’élaboration en rapport aux questions générales de la santé un peu
partout de part chez vous/nous, point sur l’organisation actuelle, partage
d’expériences et peut-être…émergence de volontés de faire ensemble !!

Ce w-e ne concerne bien sûr pas uniquement les personnes faisant déjà
partie d’une équipe médic ou ayant déjà fait une formation médicstreet ou
ayant quelques rapports avec le domaine de la santé mais aussi toutes
personnes ayant la volonté/l’envie de s’investir sur ce sujet.

Une réponse, positive ou négative, sera fortement appréciée, afin
d’évaluer quoi prévoir en termes de bouffe, couchage, etc…

Hello everybody,

After the meetings in Dijon and Paris about the preparation of events
concerning the G8 and the G20, a group started to work about the medical
aspect :

We already
wrote a call for equipment and motivated persons
brought contacts together and did the mailing lists
made an email address and a work space on Crabgrass
started to work on booklets

So we propose to meet on a week end to pursue the organisation. It would
also be an opportunity to enlarge the discussions and foresee the long
term developement of our organisation.

This event will take place on the 5th and 6th of March, in Paris, at 40
rue René Boulanger and the topics of the agenda will be :

On saturday :
-The organisation of a medicstreet training week ( and also a week end for
those who can’t be free on weekdays) during French spring holidays.
-Logistic organisation about G8-G20 (especially about the long village)
-Discussion about booklets, etc…

It would be interesting that you know your availabilities until november
when you come. Bring your booklets and lists of the equipments you have so
that we could properly plan our activities. There are many options,
especially about the long village. We’ll have time, space and we might be
a lot. Many workshops, discussions, trainings could be envisaged and
therefore we’ll need…

…Sunday :
-Free talk : information about what is being done, discussed and prepared
concerning healthcare in our countries/cities ; briefing on the current
organisation ; sharing of experiences and maybe…start of new collective
actions/projects.

This event doesn’t only concern those who have already been medics but
everyone that feels concerned by this topic.

Answers, positive or not, would be very appreciated in order to plan our
needs on food and sleeping arrangements….
