La prochaine réunion internationale de préparation aura lieu le premier
week-end d'avril  (le vendredi 1er , samedi 2 et dimanche 3) à Paris.

*Vendredi 01 avril*

17h : Accueil sur le site. Installation et organisation pratique. Mise
en place
du site. Ce temps d'accueil, d'information et d'installation est
important pour
le reste du week-end et nécessite forcément la participation du plus grand
nombre afin d'aider les organisateurs déjà sur place.

20h30 : Assemblée plénière.
1 -- bilan de la mobilisation dans son ensemble : quel a été l'impact de
l'appel
de Paris ? Des collectifs locaux ont-ils été crées ? Des actions sont-elles
déjà
prévues ?
2 -- présentation et compte rendus des groupes.
3 -- lister les questions devant être actées collectivement à la plénière
du
dimanche.
4 -- proposer la constitution d'un groupe de facilitation pour l'ensemble des
débats du week-end : facilitateur, tour de parole, temps.

*Samedi 02 avril*

10h : temps d'accueil, de réveil, petit déjeuner. Cette précision semble
peut-être futile et pourtant nécessaire afin de respecter le rythme de tout
le monde tout au long du week-end et de renseigner les personnes n'étant pas
présentes la veille.

10h30 : Assemblée plénière.
1 -- rappel des points à acter en plénière dimanche et présentation des
groupes
existants.
2 -- définition des mandats des groupes.

11h30-18h30 : temps en petits groupes.

18h30 : préparation d'une synthèse pour chaque groupe.

19h30 : Assemblée plénière.
1 -- restitution des synthèses des groupes.
2 -- présenter les questions générales que les groupes ont soulevées.
3 -- lister les problématiques mises en évidence par cette assemblée
plénière,
que chaque groupe devra travailler le lendemain.

Soirée : fête.

*Dimanche 03 avril*

10h : temps d'accueil, de réveil, de petit déjeuner.

10h30 : temps en petits groupes, portant sur les problématiques mises en
évidence par l'assemblée plénière de la veille, en essayant d'y apporter
des propositions, des réponses concrètes.

12h30 : préparation d'une synthèse pour chaque groupe.

14h : Assemblée plénière (décisionnelle).

16h30 : temps de debriefing pour l'ensemble du week-end.

17h30 : rangement, ménage, restitution du lieu en l'état avec l'aide du
plus possible de monde.

Remember to take warm clothing, blankets, mats,..even tho spring seems to be arrving and Paris is sweat with the sun, but you never know, the squat however, is without warming.

Friday, April 1 

17h: 
Welcome on site. Installing and practical organization, preparing the place for our needs.
This time of reception, information and installation is important for the rest of the weekend and necessarily requires the participation of people to help organizers who are already there. 

20h30: Plenary Assembly. 

1  Check the mobilization as a whole: what was the impact of 
the Call of Paris? Local collectives, were they created? Actions Are 
already planned? 
2  presentation and reports of the working groups. 
3  list the issues we want to fix for the plenary of Sunday collectively.
4  Organisation of a facilitation group for all 
discussions of the weekend: facilitator, moderation, translation, taking of minutes, etc

Saturday, April 2 

10am: 
time of welcoming, waking up, breakfast. ( This clarification seems 
perhaps futile, yet necessary to respect the needs and rhythm of everyone throughout the weekend and welcome and inform people which were not present the previous day.)

10h30: Plenary Assembly

1  recall of issues to be dicussed at the plenary Sunday and presentation 
of existing working groups. 
2 definition of the mandates of the groups

11h30  to 18h30 .: time for working groups :

18.30: preparing a summary for each w-group. 

19:30: Plenary Assembly

1 Return and syntheses of w-groups. 
2 present the general issues that the groups have raised. 
3 list the issues/problemes highlighted by the plenary meeting 
so that each group can work on them the next day. 

Evening: Party 

Sunday, April 3

10h00: time of waking up, breakfast, gathering

10h30: time for small groups, on issues set up the day before in the evening plenary, trying to make concrete proposals, to workout concrete answers. 

12h30: preparing a summary for each group. 

14h00: Plenary Session (Deciding Plenary). 

16h30 debriefing of the weekend

17h30: cleaning up, putting back the site in the state we found it, would be nice people could stay and help !

Das nächste internationale Vorbereitungstreffen wird am ersten

Denkt an warme Kleidung, Decken, Iso-Matten, Schlafsack....auch wenn Paris jetzt schon im Frühlingserwachen steckt, sicher ist dass es im Squat kein Heizung gibt.

Umsonstbasis
Wie üblich gibt es essen und trinken gegen Spenden die euren persönlichen Möglichkeiten entspricht. Aber bitte nicht diejenigen vergessen, die Geld privat vorstrecken und darauf sitzen bleiben, wie es beim letzten mal passiert ist.
Das gespendete Geld ist für das Essen, das Squat, riseup Kollektiv und Reisekosten für diejenigen, die Probleme haben, ihre Fahrkarte bezahlen.

Freitag 1. April 

17h: Willkommen auf der Baustelle ! 
Installation und praktische Organisation. Vorbereitungen enstprechend unserer Bedürfnisse für das Treffen.
Diese Zeit der Vorbereitung, Information und Installation ist wichtig für den Rest des Wochenendes und notwendig ist auch die Teilnahme von Leuten die nach und nach ankommen um denen die schon vor Ort sind zu helfen. Toll wäre wenn manche Menschen schon frühzeitig kommen könnten.

20h30: Vollversammlung

1 Analyse der Mobilisierung als Ganzes: Was waren die Auswirkungen des 
Aufrufes vonDijon und denen von Paris? Lokale Kollektive? Wo läuft was ? Aktionen?  Was tis
bereits geplant? 
2 Präsentation und Berichte der Arbeitsgruppen
3 Liste von Fragen fürs Plenum am Sonntag, wo wollen wir hin mit diesem Treffen...
4 Organisation von Erleichterungen für alle während der Plenas und Arbeitsgruppen : 
Moderation, Übersetzung, Schriftführung, usw. 

SAMSTAG 2. April 

10h00 Uhr: 
Zeit zum Aufwachen, Frühstücken, Zusammensein (Diese Klarstellung erscheint 
vielleicht sinnlos, aber notwendig, um die Bedürfnisse und den Rhythmus der Anwesenden während des gesamten Wochenendes zu respektieren und die zu begrüßen und informieren, die nicht anwesend waren am Vortag.) 

10h30: Vollversammlung 

1 Kurze Erinnerung and die Punkte die wir im Plenum Sonntag besprechen wollen und Präsentation der anwesenden Arbeitsgruppen. 
2 Festlegung der Mandatträger der Arbeitsgruppen 

11h30 bis 18h30 Arbeitsgruppen

18h30: Zeit zur Vorbereitung einer Zusammenfassung für jede AG 

19h30: Vollversammlung 

1 Berichte und Synthesen der AGs 
2 was sind die allgemeinen Ergebnisse, Probleme, Themen, die die Gruppen besprochen haben. 
3 Hervorheben und Listen von Problemen, so dass jede Gruppe am Sonntag daran arbeiten kann

Abends: Party 

Sonntag 3. April 

10h00: Aufwachen, Frühstücken, Sammeln ( sich selbst, Spenden, Ideen, Freunde...;) )

10h30: Zeit für Kleingruppen zu den Fragen die am abendlichen Plenum gesammelt wurden,  versucht konkrete Vorschläge und konkrete Antworten zu erarbeiten

12h30: Zeit zur Vorbereitung einer Zusammenfassung für jede AG  

14h00: Plenartagung (Entscheidung im Plenum)

16.30 Nachbesprechung des Wochenendes 

17h30: Aufräumen, Wiederherstellung der Räume in den Zustand wie wir sie fanden, es wäre toll wenn Leute bleiben um uns zu helfen!
