me semble utile de rectifier certaines “informations” diffusées en boucle par
la télé et la radio</b> <br> <br> <br>La télé (FR3) présente les
passagers du bateau comme étant majoritairement de jeunes hommes musulmans
barbus et de jeunes femmes musulmannes voilées et quelques européens
“gauchistes”. <br>La radio (France Inter) nous dit que des soldats israéliens
qui ont attaqué les bateaux ont été frappés “à la hache” “au couteau” ou par
balles et qu’au moins un militant du Hamas a été arrêté.<br> ... Donc, le
bateau est une initiative islamiste et non pacifique (voire le Hamas “se
dissimulait” derrière les internationaux)... <br><br>Rectifications<br>-
Les bateaux sont une intiative prise au FSE de Malmö co-organisée par les
mouvements sociaux du FSE et par les mouvements de solidarité à la Palestine
(cf mails ci dessous)<br>- Les fonds ont été collectés par ces mouvements
(dont les syndicats nordiques qui ont apporté le gros des fonds)<br>-
l’objectif des bateaux est de briser le blocus de Gaza qui est illégal au
regard du droit international (tout comme l’occupation militaire de Gaza et
des eaux internationales de Gaza)<br>- Il y a avait des députés européens sur
les bateaux (malgré les tentatives de Chypre sous pression israélienne de les
empêcher d’y monter)<br>- Il y avait aussi beaucoup de jeunes européens
musulmans, juifs, chrétiens, athées (dont 7 français) volontaires pour risquer
leur sécurité et leur vie pour briser le siège<br>- Il serait logique et
légitime qu’il y ait aussi des militants palestiniens de différentes
organisations également volontaires pour risquer leur sécurité et leur vie
pour briser le siège de leurs compatriotes puisqu’il s’agit de briser le siège
imposé aux Palestiniens<br>- Le Hamas (quelque soient les désaccords sur ses
pratiques politiques et son idéologie) est une des organisations
représentative du peuple palestinien et sa qualification de “terroriste” par
Israel, l’UE et les USA n’a ni base juridique ni légitimité, de même que le
blocus imposé aux Palestiniens au prétexte que le Hamas a été majoritaire aux

de la flotille de la liberté. Thomas a participé depuis 3 mois en Grèce à la
préparation de la flotille et était venu en France pour élargir la
participation, il est intervenu entre autre dans une réunion du collectif
national pour présenter l'initiative.<br>> L'occasion ici de rendre
un fervent hommage à la petite délégation française composée de 7

ou l'autre peut-être, quelqu'un écrira l'histoire complète de cette aventure.
Il y aura beaucoup de rires, de véritables cris et quelques larmes. Mais
ce que je peux dire maintenant, c'est que nous n'avions jamais imaginé
que nous ferions flipper Israël comme ça. Enfin, peut-être dans certains de
nos plus beaux rêves.... Tout d'abord, ils ont créé une équipe spéciale
d'urgence réunissant le ministère israélien des Affaires étrangères, le
commando de marine israélien et les autorités pénitentiaires pour contrer la
menace existentielle que nous et nos quelques bateaux remplis d'aide
humanitaire représentent. Puis, Ehud Barak lui-même a pris le temps,
malgré son agenda chargé, de nous mettre en garde à travers les médias
israéliens. Ils nous annoncent maintenant qu'ils nous enverront dans la pire
des prisons israéliens, dans le désert près de Beersheva. <br>>
</span></font></font><font face="Geneva, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><span style="font-size:14px"><br>> </span><font size="2"><span style="font-size:12px">Ce sont des annonces pour nous faire peur. Et
d'une certaine façon nous avons peur. Nous avons peur de leurs navires de
guerre, peur de leurs Apaches et de leur commando tout noir. Qui n'en
aurait pas peur ? Nous avons peur qu'ils saisissent notre cargaison et
toute l'aide médicale, les matériaux de construction, les maisons
préfabriquées, les kits scolaires, et qu'ils les détruisent. Toute cette
solidarité patiemment rassemblée dans de si nombreux pays pendant plus d'un
an. Tous ces efforts et cette vague d'amour et d'espoir envoyés par des
gens normaux, d'humbles citoyens de Grèce, Suède, Turquie, Irlande, France,
Italie, Algérie, Malaisie. Tout ceci pris comme un trophée par un État
agissant comme un vulgaire pirate des îles. Qui ne
sentirait pas un certain sentiment de responsabilité et de peur de ne pas
être capable d'accomplir notre mission et livrer nos marchandises à la
population emprisonnée de Gaza ? <br>> </span></font><span style="font-size:14px"><br>> </span></font><span style="font-size:14px"><font face="Arial">Mais nous savons que la peur est
aussi de l'autre côté. Parce que depuis le début de notre coalition,
l'Etat d'Israël fait tout ce qu'il peut pour éviter la confrontation
avec nous. Depuis le début ils ont essayé de nous empêcher de
partir, de regrouper nos forces et de prendre le large tous ensemble vers
Gaza. Ils ont essayé de nous briser. Leur scénario idéal était de nous
diviser, les Irlandais d'un côté, les Grecs et Suédois d'un autre, les
Américains d'un autre encore et les Turcs tout seuls. Bien sûr, ils savaient
qu'ils ne pourraient pas mettre la pression sur la Turquie, ni agir
directement là-bas. Alors ils ont concentré leurs attaques sur les
parties irlandaises et grecques de notre coalition.<br>> </font><font face="Geneva, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><br>> </font><font face="Arial">Le
premier set a commencé il y a deux semaines quand ils ont saboté le cargo
irlandais, l'obligeant à retarder son départ pour près d'une
semaine. Mais, les Irlandais ont réparé aussi vite qu'ils le
pouvaient et maintenant ils sont à un ou deux jours derrière nous. Puis ils
ont mis une pression énorme sur le gouvernement grec, affaibli par la crise
économique, pour l'obliger à ne pas laisser partir le cargo grec et le bateau
de passagers greco-suédois. A cause de ces pressions, nous avons dû retarder
notre voyage deux fois et demander aux Turcs, à leurs 500 passagers et aux
amis américains qui étaient prêts à partir de nous attendre. C'est ce qu'ils
ont fait heureusement ! Jusqu'à la dernière minute avant leur départ
de Grèce, nous ne savions pas si les deux bateaux auraient l'autorisation du
gouvernement grec, mais finalement le gouvernement grec a décidé de
prendre ses responsabilités en agissant comme un Etat souverain et a laissé le
cargo et le bateau de passagers quitter le port du Pirée à
Athènes. <br>> </font><font face="Geneva, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><br>> </font><font face="Arial">Le
deuxième set a eu lieu hier, dans la partie grecque de Chypre, là où nous
avions négocié avec le gouvernement d'embarquer une délégation VIP
deparlementaires européens et nationaux de Suède, d'Angleterre, de Grèce et de
Chypre. Alors que les deux bateaux de Grèce, le bateau américain venant
de Crète et les 4 bateaux turcs étaient déjà au point de rendez-vous attendant
que la délégation VIP arrive et embarque à notre bord, nous avons reçu la
nouvelle que notre délégation était encerclée par la police chypriote dans le
port de Larnaka et interdite de bouger où que ce soit. Chypre, un pays
européen, était en train d'interdire a des parlementaires européens de se
déplacer librement sur son sol, en rupture complète de toute législation
et réglementations européennes ! Alors que nous commencions à négocier
avec le gouvernement chypriote, nous avons clairement compris que ce
changement soudain d'attitude envers nous était dicté directement par Israël.
De sept heures du matin jusqu'au soir, le gouvernement de Chypre nous
mentait, disant que c'était un malentendu que les VIP aient été autorisés à
embarquer pour n'importe quelle direction qu'ils souhaitaient, que c'était
juste une question bureaucratique à résoudre. Mais rien ne s'est passé et
nos parlementaires ont été pris au piège. Le gouvernement chypriote agissait
comme un auxiliaire d'Israël et nous a fait perdre un temps crucial. Ce matin,
la délégation VIP a décidé que le seul choix qui restait était d'aller au
port de Formogossa dans le Nord de Chypre sous contrôle turc, et de là prendre
un bateau rapide pour nous rejoindre au point de rendez-vous. Bien sûr,
parce que notre coalition est formée de Turcs et de Grecs et de Chypriotes, la
Chypre du Nord qui est sous occupation turque, est une question politique très
importante. Et envoyer notre délégation prendre un bateau dans le port de
Formogossa, encore sous embargo des Nations Unies, est une question politique
encore plus importante. Cela aurait pu briser le dos de nos amis grecs et
chypriotes de la coalition. Ce fut presque le cas. Mais c'est le contraire qui
s'est révélé. Notre coalition tient toujours. C'est le parti chypriote au
pouvoir qui est sur le point de se briser, et les 7 parlementaires
grecs et chypriotes qui faisaient partie de la délégation et ne pouvaient
pas aller au nord de Chypre sont furieux contre le gouvernement
chypriote. Un immense débat a toujours lieu en ce moment en Grèce et à
Chypre sur ce qui s'est passé et sur notre flottille pour Gaza. Dans une
heure ou deux, 80% de notre délégation VIP embarquera sur nos bateaux et nous
partirons pour Gaza comme prévu. Donc nous pouvons dire qu'Israël a perdu
les deux sets qu'il a joués. <br>> </font><font face="Geneva, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><br>> </font><font face="Arial">Dans
quelques heures, le dernier set, crucial, commencera quand nous
entrerons dans les eaux de Gaza. Bien sûr, matériellement, il serait très
facile pour Israël de nous stopper et nous arrêter, mais le coût politique
qu'ils auront à payer sera énorme. Vraiment énorme, à tel point que
toutes les ruses et les pièges qu'ils ont tenté de mettre sur notre route
ont réussi à faire une seule chose : sensibiliser de plus en plus de gens
partout dans le monde sur notreflottille et sur la situation de Gaza. Et
de tout ça, nous apprenons quelque chose : la peur n'est pas de notre côté,
mais du côté d'Israël. Ils ont peur de nous parce que nous représentons
la colère des gens tout autour du monde. Les gens qui sont
mécontents de ce que l'Etat criminel d'Israël fait aux Palestiniens et à
chaque amoureux de la paix qui ose prendre le parti des opprimés. Ils ont peur
de nous parce qu'ils savent que, dans un proche avenir il y aura encore plus
de bateaux à venir à Gaza comme il y a de plus en plus de personnes à décider

aid-carrying ships aiming to break the country's siege on Gaza.<br>> Up to
16 people were killed and more than 30 people injured when troops stormed the
Freedom Flotilla early on Monday, the Israeli Army Radio said.<br>> The
flotilla was attacked in international waters, 65km off the Gaza
coast.<br>> Footage from the flotilla's lead vessel, the <i>Mavi
Marmara</i>, showed armed Israeli soldiers boarding the ship and helicopters
flying overhead.<br>> Al Jazeera's Jamal Elshayyal, on board the <i>Mavi
Marmara</i>, said Israeli troops had used live ammunition during the
operation.<br>> The Israeli Army Radio said soldiers opened fire "after

Israeli ambassador to lodge a protest.<br>> Meanwhile, Ismail Haniya, the
Hamas leader in Gaza, has dubbed the Israeli action as "barbaric".<br>>
Hundreds of pro-Palestinian activists, including a Nobel laureate and several
European legislators, are with the flotilla, aiming to reach Gaza in defiance
of an Israeli embargo.<br>> But Israel has said it will not allow the

de la flottille internationale d'activistes pro-palestiniens qui se dirigeait
vers Gaza ont été tués lors d'affrontements avec un commando
israélien.<br>> </b><br>> <br>> La marine israélienne a attaqué lundi
matin au moins un des six bateaux transportant des militants pro-palestiniens
et de l'aide humanitaire vers la bande de Gaza, soumise à un blocus. Au moins
dix personnes ont été tuées dans l'opération, rapporte une chaîne de
télévision israélienne, affirmant que le bilan définitif pourrait être bien
plus élevé. Deux personnes ont été tuées et environ 30 blessées, confirme un
représentant d'une ONG turque impliquée dans l'opération.<br>> <br>>
«Nos amis sur le bateau nous ont déclaré que deux personnes ont été tuées et
environ 30 blessées sur le bateau Mavi Marmara», a déclaré par téléphone
Serkan Nergis, de la Fondation pour l'aide humanitaire (IHH), ONG basée à
Istanbul. Il a ajouté que les communications avec le navire étaient coupées.
Un journaliste de la chaîne pan-arabe Al-Jazira, présent sur le navire turc
menant la flottille, a raconté par téléphone que les forces israéliennes
avaient tiré sur le bateau, blessant son capitaine. La télévision turque NTV
évoque aussi l'abordage du navire et des tirs d'armes ayant fait des
victimes.<br>> <br>> Sur Al-Jazira, on a pu entendre une voix en hébreu
criant «Taisez-vous tous». L'information a été diffusée juste après l'aube,
alors que la flottille était au large des côtes gazouies. Près de 700
militants pro-palestiniens, dont le prix Nobel de la Paix 1976, le
Nord-Irlandais Mairead Corrigan Maguire et des députés européens, ont embarqué
sur ces navires partis de Chypre pour la bande de Gaza<br>> <br>>

du gouvernement du Hamas à Gaza, Ismaïl Haniyeh, a dénoncé l'attaque
israélienne qualifiée de «brutale» : «Nous en appelons au secrétaire-général
de l'ONU Ban Ki-moon pour qu'il prenne ses responsabilités afin de protéger la
sécurité des groupes solidaires présents à bord de ces navires». De son côté,
la Turquie a d'ores et déjà convoqué l'ambassadeur israélien à Ankara. «Nous
allons transmettre notre réaction dans les termes les plus fermes», a déclaré
un diplomate qui a requis l'anonymat. Le ministre israélien de l'Industrie et
du Commerce, Binyamin Ben Eliezer, a exprimé à la radio militaire ses «regrets

les six bateaux, chargés de 10.000 tonnes d'aide, d'atteindre la bande de
Gaza, et expulserait ou emprisonnerait les militants à bord. Israël et
l'Egypte soumettent la bande de Gaza à un strict blocus depuis que les
islamistes du Hamas ont pris le contrôle par le force de ce petit territoire
côtier en juin 2007. L'Etat hébreu affirme vouloir ainsi empêcher le Hamas de
renforcer son arsenal, alors qu'il a déjà tiré des milliers de roquettes de
l'autre côte de la frontière, mais des responsables onusiens et
d'organisations humanitaires estiment que c'est l'économie gazaouie qui en

offensive pro-palestinienne un certain nombre de leçons:<br>> <br>> Tout
d’abord l’isolement des pro-palestiniens, en dépit de la très forte
mobilisation des associations et ONG engagées dans ce convoi maritime
. Chypre a refusé de servir de base provisoire à la flotille et mis à
part une déclaration du Haut représentant européen pour la politique étrangère
demandant la fin du blocus de Gaza et un appel à la retenue des Nations unies,
le mutisme est général.<br>> <br>> L’opération accentue également les
divisions palestiniennes. L’Autorité palestinienne, à Ramallah, se garde bien
de soutenir une opération qui ne peut bénéficier qu’à ses rivaux islamistes du
Hamas. C’est en effet à un double blocus que s’attaque la flotille: la
fermeture par Israël (et partiellement par l’Egypte) des points d’accès à
Gaza, et le boycottage dont est la cible le Mouvement de la résistance
islamique de la part de la majorité des acteurs du conflit
israélo-palestinien. Pendant que le ton monte entrte la flotille et Israël,
l’Autorité palestinienne se consacre à un autre boycottage: celui des produits
des colonies israéliennes.<br>> <br>> Placé face à un défi surtout
médiatique et symbolique (le fret de la flottille ne représente qu’une goutte

réactions, endossent le rôle que les initiateurs de la flottille souhaitent

humanitaire. Survenant quelques jours seulemement aprèsl’interdiction
signifiée au polémiste Noam Chomsky de se rendre à Ramallah, cette
gestion entretient une mauvaise image d’Israël, ce qui était sans doute l’un

La France appelle
Israël "à la levée sans délai du blocus" de Gaza, conformément à une
résolution de l'ONU, au moment où sept bateaux chargés d'aide s'apprêtent à
faire route vers l'enclave palestinienne, a indiqué vendredi le Quai
d'Orsay. <br>> <br>>
"La France reste
préoccupée par la situation humanitaire dans la bande de Gaz et exhorte à la
pleine mise en oeuvre des dispositions de la résolution 1860 du Conseil de
sécurité", a souligné le porte-parole, Bernard Valero, interrogé lors d'un
point-presse sur cette opération humanitaire qu'Israël a qualifiée de
"provocation politico-médiatique". <br>> <br>>
La résolution du 9
janvier 2009, consécutive à l'opération israélienne "Plomb durci", appelle
"au libre approvisionnement et à la libre distribution à travers Gaza de
l'aide humanitaire, y compris de la nourriture, du carburant et des
médicaments". Elle "accueille favorablement les initiatives visant à créer
et ouvrir des couloirs humanitaires, et les mécanismes pour la distribution
suivie de l'aide humanitaire". <br>> <br>>
Sept bateaux chargés
d'aide se rassemblaient vendredi dans les eaux internationales, au large de
Chypre, avant de faire route vers Gaza. L'aide comprend 100 maisons
préfabriquées, 500 fauteuils roulants électriques, de l'équipement médical
et des matériaux de construction. Entre 700 et 800 personnes sont à bord,
dont une quarantaine d'hommes politiques européens et arabes. <br>>

farm and gave us NINE demolishing orders for nine ( structures) we built in
the last years without a building permit from the Israeli Military Authority.
The demolishing orders are for: tents, animals shelters, metal
roof in front of both old houses, the restrooms (Shelters) , a water
cistern, a metal container and 2 underground renovated cave structures. One
officer was writing the demolishing orders and the other was taking pictures
with two cameras, Israeli soldiers were following them everywhere and pointing
their guns on us.<br>> <br>> The demolishing orders were written
in Hebrew and I refused to sign receiving them. We have 3 days
only to react against those demolishing orders. The timing for delivering the
demolishing orders was plant properly and purposely on Thursday, in order to
make it difficult for us to try to stop those orders by the Israeli
court within 3 days, because of the Jewish weekend (Friday and
Saturday). The idea is to make it impossible for us to act quickly. I
contacted our Lawyer and he will write an opposition and send it to the
military court on Sunday morning. We hope to get a paper from the court
through our Lawyer on Sunday morning to stop the demolishing orders.<br>>

<br>> Amnesty International complained in its annual report released
Thursday that <br>> the U.S. and members of the European Union had
obstructed international <br>> justice by using their positions on the UN
Security Council to shield Israel <br>> from accountability for war crimes
allegedly committed during last year's <br>> Gaza war.<br>> <br>> The
rights group also accused Israel of continually violating human rights
<br>> in the Gaza Strip. It cited Israel's ongoing economic blockade as
violating <br>> international law, leaving Gaza residents without adequate
food or water <br>> supplies<br>> In its report, Amnesty lauded a United
Nations commissioned report released <br>> last year by South African
justice Richard Goldstone for highlighting <br>> Israeli violations during
the war in Gaza. Goldstone's findings found both <br>> Israel and Hamas
guilty of war crimes during the conflict.<br>> <br>> "Israeli forces
committed war crimes and other serious breaches of <br>> international law
