[dissent-tech] A web query that was posted on enrager

I have anarchist comrades in some faschist countries* that are not able to 
connect to http://www.dissent.org.uk beacuse their goverments have blocked 
acess to the homepage. 

Would it be able to get around that censorship by making a mirror homepage or 
are the censorship usualy done by a program that react on specific names. 

If it react on specific names could someone make a zip of the homepage or the 
most vital material on the homepage and put it on a homepage or an ftp so that 
they can download it? Im not that good at internet myself and i have no proper 
ftp-page that i could use. 

Those anarchist comrades are planning activitism that will take place 
simultaneosly with the G8 meeting so acess to critical information about G8 in 
general and the meeting in scottland specifically would be quite usefull for 
them. 

*= I wont mention the names of the countries to make sure that the activists 
wont get in trouble and to be sure that they will be able to do their planed 
actions as effective as posible.
