Hi,

If you create a website, the web nerds here can create a subdomain
se.dissent.org.uk or whatever, and have this point to your content. This
was what was done with germany, as far as i know.  If you need an actual
webserver, I would suggest emailing the main elist and asking someone to
let you use theirs.  In the meantime, you can always create content on the
main dissent site, and submit it as news (use the "submit news") feature.
Then email the dissent-tech list, and they can link it to the
international pages, so that people will see it when they click on
international sites.  You first need to create an account.
