I've copied the paragraph from that web page onto the front of the
Dissent web site. It's not the first item on that page; arguably, it
would be better if it appeared under the consulta call out (to keep that
more prominent), but I couldn't figure out how to persuade the software
to do that; if anyone else can change it, that would be good.
