See attached minutes of last Homecare Campaign Meeting.

Next Meeting will be on Wed. March 16th  6pm in Pendolina Room; Council
Chambers.

This Thurs. 10th Feb. '11 the Council meets to decide on Budget cuts   -
around £90million.
These will undoubtedly cause real hardship and suffering for the most
vulnerable groups  Despite their talk of "Big Society" the cuts frequently
involve the loss of community supports. A fightback is urgently needed.

Please come if you can to lobby the Council before they meet  - from 8.30am
- 10am. Use flexi time if you can.

Unison AGM   Wed. 16th Feb  6pm at Queen's Halls


Also March for Public Services    Sat 26th March   London   Unison have
places on a train  leaving Edinburgh   6.05am  and returning from London
16pm.  For every place booked on the train, there will be a free place for a
non Unison member i.e a community activist; a student; an unemployed person
