[Educationforall] AGENDA and ACTION Proposal

Hello EFA,

The movement fighting the budget cuts takes political action to reform
the undemocratic 2/3 legislative vote requirement in the CA budget and
tax process!  1,000,000 signatures are required by April 15th, absolutely doable.  Attached you'll find a document regarding the proposal and below is a link to an article discussing it.  I'd like to propose that we include a discussion related to how we can become involved in this action for our next meeting.  Any thoughts?
