Hi BEAT,
We wanted to make sure that everyone is aware that the Associated Students
have approved a bus to Sacramento for the last leg of the March for
California's Future on Wednesday, April 21st:

It will be a big day (and a long one) but should be a fantastic event!  We
will be leaving City College at 4:30 am (yes, it is very early) and heading
to Sacramento to meet up with the marchers who have now marched over 400
miles for education, public health and public safety.  At 2pm we will rally
at a park near the Capitol and then around 3 march the last mile to the
Capitol building.  The bus will likely head back to San Diego around 6pm and
should return by 2am (fingers crossed).

We realize that this is a long day and that many of you have classes
etc--but think of the significance of this march and how you can get
involved!

Please sign up by Friday in the Associated Students Office so we can book
the bus.

Thank you so much for all of your support in protesting these draconian
budget cuts and standing up for what is right!
