Hi Wayne,

The Chicana/o Studies department would like to invite EFA to present to the Chicano/a Studies students at our once a semester event "Day of Activism"
on February 10th at 1130 in room A213. The goal is to inform students and invite them to join in campus-based actvism for class credit. The group will have 10 minutes to present 
and interact with the students.

  Hello All,

  A theme which was emphasized at the last EFA meeting this past friday was the importance of moving forward on our ideas for outreach.  One idea that was discussed was canvasing classrooms.  We recognize the importance of having students visit classes to discuss the budget crisis and request the involvement of their peers.  Would all the professors and teachers please respond with your schedules so that we can determine availability?  Any students willing to participate please announce your interest in spending a couple minutes in a classroom to help the movement.  If you are willing but don't know what to present, we can discuss that as well.
