i still think the time crunch will be a problem, & there is a lot to cover,
so why not do the educational part at the end of the agenda for those who can
stay a little later?

I think the agenda should be flipped to have the planning sessions for the
3/4 actions at the beginning of the meeting.  Then you can show the film for
who ever can stay.  People have rearranged their schedules to come to this
meeting in order to plan for the events.  And right now, planning for them is
crucial since, as you've noted Marcos, there are only two more weeks left.
As the agenda stands, it will be a 3+ hour meeting, which is hard for people
to accommodate.  For myself, I have a meeting that I have to go to at 1:30,
so I'll have to leave at 1 anyway.
