Hi Marcos and members of EFA,
The SDSU  M4 Coalition has indicated that we are more than interested to help organize this "Summit" as you are calling it. 

Upon reading the agenda for the meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 2pm. I becomes rather clear that the M4 Coalition @ sdsu is not being consulted in any way as this Summit is being planned and it compels us to ask why.  

In a prior email exchange on this subject Wayne indicated that we would be "notified" once everything was finished being planned. 

However operating in this way is not conducive to facilitating good relations with other groups who wish to have a hand in creating a cohesive Committee that can plan for a county wide action\demonstration on October 7. This is what happened on March 4th, entire sections of San Diego were completely left out of the planning for March 4th.  Yes, the doors are open but people need to know in advance (not at 9pm the nite before a meeting) when discussions are being held.
 
This was the recommendation during the Regional Meeting held at Cal-Poly Pomona last winter. EFA assured everyone that a group would be formed however to date San Diego County is the ONLY county that does not have a county wide planning committee in this statewide movement!  

We are interested to form an Organizing Committee so we can ALL begin planning for the next Statewide Day of Action Oct 7th.

Is that the purpose of the holding this Summit?  
Members of our group can research other possibilities for a location. How many people should this meeting expect to draw?
