Why the legislature and police are not on our side

Activists have seen police repression of student demonstrators across the state - and now across the country - since the fightback for education started in September last year.  It's time to talk about the role of the police in repressing the so-called American right to "free speech."  In addition, prisons in the U.S. are filled primarily with poor people of color, while billionaires who have stolen money and ruined lives go unpunished.  Come to this meeting to learn more about the role of the state in repression and how we can fight back.
