[Educationforall] Invite to build solidarity between Labor and Students on May Day

Hello EFA,

It's been a really long time since I have attended our coalition meetings,  I hope you all are keeping strong.

I am still teaching Chicano Studies in the district, currently at Mesa college.  This summer I may be unemployed due to the budget cuts and you may not be able to take classes.

As a member of the AFT Local 1931 labor union I am reaching out to students and other faculty to participate in a planning meeting to organize a march to the Federal Building on Sunday May 1st.

We also have access to the Centro Cultural that evening for a social gathering after the march.

Our planning meeting is being held Friday April 8 at 5pm, the location will be announced soon.

Students and Faculty United Can Beat the Budget Cuts!!!!
