[Educationforall] San Diego May First March and Rally organizing meeting, Friday April 8, 5pm

Attached are the flyers for the first May First mobilation meeting this Friday afternoon at 5pm. The attached flyers have been distributed this week. Please forward and invite those interested in participating in this mobilization. Conference all participation call in information is available for those that cannot attend in person. Requests: info at lclaa-sdimo or text (619) 987-8063. Our LCLAA chapter has endorsed the national mobilization, May Day United. Please review their website and resources available, also the points of unity. May Day United was not meant to compete with other mobilizations and actions. May Day United offers a national means of promoting all May Day actions. The callers of this meeting has been in contact with the San Diego May First Coalition and Union del Barrio, with the intent of organizing a multiface unified San Diego March and Rally on Sunday May 1, 2011. The San Diego and Imperial Counties have also been contacted by LCLAA-San Diego/Imperial Counties and the San Diego Chapter Pride @ Work and sent proposed resolutions to endoese, participate and mobilize the May First action in San Diego. The Party for Socialism and Liberation has outreached to activists and organizations that have been organizers of past San Diego May Day actions. The proposed plan is for multi marches coming together at the Federal Building for a rally at 2pm. The Centro Cultural de La Raza has offered their location for an after rally reception. Please be prepared to offer contructive imput to this mobilization effort.
