Hello Club Advisors! 

Let me start by introducing myself: I am Brent Englehart, Webmaster and
Student Designer for the Associated Student Government of San Diego City
College. It's a pleasure to meet you all (even virtually), especially as I
know I have not met many of the Advisors.

Now, to the crux of the matter: after seeing the Clubs Listing poster for San
Diego Mesa College, it has been decided that such a poster could greatly
increase club visibility and awareness on the campus of our own City College.
To aid in this, I am asking that each club please present a small descriptive
text (no more than two sentences), along with their website. We also ask
permission to list the Club's Advisor and President.

If you would like to be on this list, please reply with the requested
information by Monday, October 24th, at 12:00 noon. I am aware that many Clubs
may not meet in this time, but we do wish to try and have a poster for City
College clubs for the Fall Semester; we will also begin planning for the
Spring Semester.

Thank you all for your time and I hope we can really make this project come to
life!
