Sometimes it is easier for folks who are already planning to attend a meeting to show up for a meeting an hour or a half an hour early. The committees could then meet before the "regular" meeting begins. The Committee can then report instantly the choices and decisions they made to the group. If the group objects it can be handled there on the spot. Its very challenging coordinating meetings with folks who are so busy. Another option would be to hold conference call meetings. That's how I have been conducting the SD M4 Committee meetings. 6 -8 people on one line is actually easier to manage than I thought it would be. <br> </div>Officer Joint Forces<div><br></div><div
