Since no one has responded to my requests to get the lists out--or to me as the club advisor--then this has been the best venue to nail down a time for the planners to meet. If we knew who was on the list for sure, then it would be easier. So again, folks need to communicate with me.<BR>

Can whomever has the list forward an email to all of them offlist so we can<BR>
decide on a time to meet that includes everyone's input?<BR>

That way we can make sure it is inclusive of all participants, including those that may not be on the EFA listserve.<BR>

Please dont schedule a time to meet until there is some concensus of time and location. <BR>
<BR>
We can also take these back and forths off the main list as well since it is not relevant to most people on this list.<BR>
