eliminated the long-standing policy of guaranteeing admission to CSU-qualified
local students two weeks before the Fall 2010 application deadline for SDSU. Up
until then students who met CSU eligibility requirements were admitted into
SDSU. The new policy set a quota/limit on the number of local students admitted
to the campus . This year alone, 1740 qualified local students were denied
admission to SDSU outright. <BR><BR>What can you do?<BR>Individually or with
others, write and call Chancellor Charles Reed and the CSU Board of Trustees.
The message is simple: "Order SDSU to terminate its new policy; restore the
