Just want to clarify on a few points. First, I think its great that SDSU M4 Coalition wants to participate in planning for this summit.<BR>
<BR>
The summit is NOT in the process of being planned/ organized at this point. What is being planned/organized at this point is a Summit Planning Meeting on July 31st, which without a doubt SDSU M4 would have been invited to participate in. It is in this meeting SPM, were we would plan and organize the summit, much like the meeting at Rebecca's Coffee Shop (for those of you who were there) when we were planning for the 1/23 summit. <BR>

I think there are two goals that we have for this summit. One is that we collectively build a huge demonstration against the cuts on the day of action. The second goal would be to create a working city-wide coalition and add much needed structure to the local movement. <BR>

Hopefully you can send a representative to the EFA meeting tomorrow to discuss further. Hope to see some of you later today.<BR>
