Leader of the Year Award to 78th District Assemblymember Marty Block at the
Club’s Annual Student Scholarship Fundraising Tea on Sunday, April
10<SUP>th</SUP>, 2011.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

has made a positive and lasting difference in San Diego County’s educational,
political, business or community endeavors that will qualitatively enhance the
life chances and opportunities of women and girls.” According to SDDWC Club
President Pat Washington, “Assembly-member Block was the unanimous choice for
our 2011 award because of his committed and determined efforts to protect and
