Boys heed my words- there is much you can do to prove your feminist credentials- keep reading...

Thanks to everyone for working so hard so far (and thanks regional organisers for putting up with my almost daily phone calls!) We've got groups coming from Nottingham, Brighton, Leeds, York, Manchester, Bradford, Oxford, Portsmouth, Cambridge and Scotland. If you are coming from anywhere near those areas and need transport please contact me and I will put you in touch with their organiser. We've also got a long list of supporters and some great speakers including a speaker from the Portugal referendum campaign and Katy Clark MP. We've also got the support of NUS Women's Campaign which is nice...

We now need to have a final woosh to make the march as big as we can and give a strong meesage that pro-choice still represents the majority of women.

So...here are some really important things you can do in the next few days.

Leaflet everything in sight and shamelessly flypost every bus shelter in existence (if you need hard copies of posters and flyers let me know I will post them out to you- they are downloadable from www.fightback.org.uk.)

We particularly need people to help out with flyering in London- meet outside ULU at 4pm tomorrow and next Monday and Tuesday if you can join us for an hour.

If you are coming on the London Stop the War march on Saturday 24th (this sat) we will all be meeting at 12 at speakers corner- look out for a Fightback stall. Speakers corner is just by Marble Arch tube station on the central line. We really need people to leaflet for our march on this so come along and join us.
Afterwards we will be going to the London Action Resource Centre, 62 Fieldgate St (nearest tubes Whitechapel and Aldgate East) at 4pm to make placards and banners. if you are not based it London it might be a good idea to organiser your own banner making session.

If you have student union, political or feminist banners please please bring them along on the day!

I've pasted updated info about the march with a list of supporters and speakers- could you please send this out to all the email lists you can as a reminder for the march.

  Lots of love,
  Laura
