[ENS] Reading for May '68, Illich and Freire meeting at conference

Hi everyone,

I've attached some reading materials which you might want to look over if
you're thinking of coming to the "Alternative education: May '68, Freire and
Illich" meeting at the ENS conference. I appreciate there's a lot here, so
don't feel put off coming if you don't get the chance to read any of this! -
it's just in case you're interested, and might help the discussion.

Attached are word documents with chapters 1 and 2 of Ivan Illich's
Deschooling Society, chapter 2 of Paulo Freire's Pedagogy of the Oppressed,
the 1966 situationist pamphlet On the Poverty of Student Life, and an
article by myself which appeared in Solidarity last year, which was in part
about On the Poverty of Student Life.
