Hey Folks,

This a friendly reminder to the point persons of the working groups.
Please remember that not all email correspondences are seen by everyone on
the listserv.
Once meeting details have been established please send out a concise email
detailing the time and location of the meeting.
Hopefully this will help us stay inclusive and keep people who may have not
been at previous meetings tied in to what's going on.
