Protect Virginia from Inhumane Laws.

1380 AM Radio Poder in Richmond, in collaboration with local churches, has
been holding prayer vigils the last Friday of each month for immigration and
family for more than two years. Our next vigil will be held on:

Friday July 30th
At The Southside Church of the Nazarene
6851 Courthouse Road Chesterfield, VA 23832
At 7pm.

Invite all your friends!

During the vigil we will inform about Arizona's new immigration law, and a
similar law being proposed for Virginia. We will also be covering how to
write letters and make calls to our representatives to protect Virginia from
inhumane laws.
Many of us know that the broken Immigration Law needs to be reformed. We
have been pushing and waiting for the Federal Government to step up without
seeing any promising signs. Arizona did not wait for the Federal Government
to take action. In Virginia we need to take action before is too late. Let's
not react, but let's act to keep our state safe from such cruel laws.
Come and join us, whether you are an undocumented resident, or a documented
resident. We all have a voice.

Protege a Virginia de Leyes Inhumanas.

Radio Poder 1380 AM en Richmond, en colaboración con las iglesias
locales, ha llevado a cabo vigilias de oración por inmigración y la
familia el último viernes de cada mes por más de dos años. Nuestra

Durante la vigila estaremos informando acerca de la nueva ley de
inmigración en Arizona, y una ley similar que esta siendo propuesta en
Virginia. También estaremos aprendiendo como escribir cartas y hacer
llamadas a nuestros representantes para proteger a Virginia de leyes
inhumanas.
Muchos de nosotros sabemos que la dañada ley de inmigración necesita
ser reformada. Hemos estado presionado y esperando que el Gobierno
Federal haga algo, pero sin ver señales prometedoras. Arizona no ha
esperando que el Gobierno Federal actué. En Virginia necesitamos tomar
acción antes de que sea demasiado tarde. Ya no reaccionemos, mas bien
actuemos para mantener a nuestro Estado protegido de tales leyes
crueles.
